Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Welra, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Welra is operated by GR3NB LLC.

2. The service

Welra generates weekly written business reports based on data from platforms you connect. Report text is generated with the help of automated language software, as described in our Privacy Policy. Reports are informational only — they do not constitute financial, legal, or business advice. You are responsible for all business decisions you make based on them.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

4. Billing & cancellation

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
  • We may change pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

5. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start. At the end of the trial, you will be prompted to add payment details to continue. If you do not, your account will be paused.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Welra to: reverse-engineer the service, scrape or resell report content, violate any applicable law, or attempt to access other users' data.

7. Intellectual property

Reports generated for you are yours to use. The Welra platform, brand, and underlying technology remain property of GR3NB LLC.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GR3NB LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
